It looked good and the brush heads are fine BUT, if your old handle has the charging plug that is round with a key slot it doesn't fit. This handle has a sort of oval shaped plug. I spent a fair amount of time trying to make sure it would fit and it didn't. The [...] customer service people were very accomodating in solving the problem for me.
