The thought of searching aimlessly through Wal-Mart or a drug store looking for these filters sent chills down my spine (I hate shopping for items that are difficult to find). The price through Amazon was very competitive. These filters fit my older model of ear thermometer perfectly and I received the shipment quickly. The box of the filters also still fits easily inside the storage base for the Thermo Scan. I was very happy w/ the purchase.
